It is sweltering hot here in the UK. One of the hottest days of the year so far. Outdoor training is enjoyable and a little sweat did not hurt anyone. Stay hydrated.

Dynamic Warm-up
Then:

Hanging Windshield Wipers +
Hanging Straight Leg Raises +
Hanging Knees to Elbows
Then:
KB Clean + Jerks
20 minutes
Then:
Cool down
