2.Hang Cleans +
3.Front Squat to Push Press +
4.Overhead Squats +
5.Push-up & One-arm Row (6 push-ups and 3 rows per arm) +
6.Roll-outs (if the dumbbells are stiff then use ab-rollers) +

back to 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6…
