Friday WOD 2-10-09

GandhiToday’s workout is dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhi’s birthday, or Gandhi Jayanti, is celebrated every year as the International Day of Non-Violence. The Mahatma, who was born on 2 October 1869, would have turned 140 this year.

Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Body weight exercises (it was raining heavily this morning)
300 x Squats
200 x Crunches
100 x Press-ups
Then:
Cool down and Stretch…

  1. I broke into 5 sets of 60 x Squats, 40 x Crunches and 20 x Press-ups. It was great little workout. Did not note the time down cause I was very tired after it and in a rush…
