Complete 50 reps in each exercise with minimal rest. This can be all in one go or break into a circuit format 10 reps 5 times. One leg Squats is best done on a box.

It took me approx. 27 minutes to complete. I did the full 50 press-ups first and then supersets on pull-ups and one leg squat 10 reps each till I got to the total of 50 reps. Then the same with Chin-ups and Rings Dips. My range of motion towards the chin-ups and ring dips were questionable but I had to complete it and this was a challenging workout.
