300 x Squats
200 x Crunches
100 x Press-ups
Then:
Cool down and Stretch…

I broke into 5 sets of 60 x Squats, 40 x Crunches and 20 x Press-ups. It was great little workout. Did not note the time down cause I was very tired after it and in a rush…
