We are based in Leeds offering small group physical training and one to one personal training sessions. We take fitness and our health seriously. We specialize in strength and conditioning for athletes and everyday person. Our goal is to help YOU achieve peak long-term physical fitness.
There is no fluff, special gadgets or gimmicks, just real effort that delivers real and long term results. The training is generally based around body weight calisthenics, kettlebells, barbells, heavy manilla ropes, our sparring partners and whatever else we can get our hands on. We are all about training. Pushing, pulling, jumping, throwing, punching, kicking and whatever it takes to condition our bodies and mind as one. We take, learn and adopt what we can from wherever we can, power lifting, gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, pilates, calisthenics, all into a melting pot.
Our philosophy is simple and true to its form: Train movements not muscles. Wherever possible we like to train outdoors, but have basic indoor facility. Both are not cosy places and we do not have mirrors on the wall. We begin each session with a warm up to activate and dynamically stretch muscles, get your heart pumping and minimize potential injuries. Then, we increase your stamina during exercise by utilising training protocols that incorporate high intensity interval training and various multi-jointed movements. We’ll work on building up your body’s ability to work harder and last longer while you train. At RAWFIT we know that developing strong muscles gives the body shape as well as the capacity to perform. So, let us help you get an over-all leaner, faster and better performing body for your given sport or life itself.
