KB Juggling
Hammer work on Tyre – Left
Hammer work on Tyre – Right
Ball Wall Squats
Ball Slams
Hanging Windshield Wipers
60 seconds per exercise 5 rounds
Rest 60 seconds in between rounds
Then:
Cool down and Rest
