5x KB Jerks
5x KB Snatch
Complete as many sets in time given and complete all exercises on one arm before changing.
2 minutes rest
Partner 2
20x Mountain Climbers
20x Sprinters Lunges
20x Burps
20x Burpees
Complete as many sets in time given
2 minutes rest

1st round 5 minutes
2nd round 4 minutes
3rd round 3 minutes
4th round 2 minutes
Then:
5×5 Pull-ups
Once completed your set move to the back of the line. Rest until your turn is up.
Then:
Cool Down and Stretch out
