60secs Sumo Squats +
30secs Rest +
45secs Snatch L +
60secs Press-ups +
30secs Rest +
60secs Alt Swings +
60secs Crunches +
30secs Rest +
90secs Double Handed Swings +
60secs Planks +
30secs Rest +
60secs Alt Swings +
60secs Sumo Squats +
45secs Snatch R +
60secs Press-ups +
30secs Rest +
30secs Double Handed Swings
60seconds Crunches +
30secs Rest
Complete 2 rounds in total
2nd round change the Snatch to a Jerk.
Then:
3×10 Renegade Rows
3×5 Half Get-ups
Then;
Cool down and Stretch

  1. Is there any chance of seeing examples of the posted workouts?
    Sometimes the exercises referred to I have no idea how to perform.
    It would be handy to see how they were done.
