Barbell Complexes come in various forms. There are various combinations. Above all use the KISS principle – KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID.


Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps
Overhead SquatBack Squat
Good Morning
Front Squat
Bent Over Rows
Increase weight with each set
Then:
8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps
Deadlift
Increase weight with each set
Then:
Cool down
