Barbell Strength Training – Complexes

Don’t be afraid to fail. Don’t waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It’s OK to fail. If you’re not failing, you’re not growing.

Dynamic Warm-up Barbell Complex, Leeds Personal Trainer, Personal Training Leeds
Then:
BB Complex
Deadlift +
Bent-over Row (back parallel to floor) +
Hi-Pull +
Front Squat +
Push Press or Jerk +
Back Squat
3 rounds 6 reps per exercise, 1st 30kg, 2nd 40kg, 3rd 45kg
2 rounds 3 reps per exercise both at 60kg
Then:
3x Deadlift 85-90% 1RM +
5x Chin-ups +
10x Box Jumps
5 rounds with 2 minutes rest between each round
Then:
Cool Down
