Rest 30 seconds
Complete 3 sets
Then:
60secs x Press-ups (vary it) +
60secs x Skydivers Rows
Rest 30 seconds
Complete 3 sets
Then:
60secs x Straight Leg Presses +
60secs x Dead Cockroaches
Rest 30 seconds
Complete 3 sets
Then:
60secs x High Knees +
60secs x Burpees
Rest 30 seconds
Complete 3 sets
Then:
60secs x 3 Way Lunges +
60secs x Straight leg Jack knife Deadlift +
60secs x Press-ups +
60secs x Skydivers Rows +
60secs x Straight Leg Presses +
60secs x Dead Cockroaches +
60secs x High Knees +
60secs x Burpees
1 round Rest as and when but keep it limited
Then:
3x30secs Killer Planks
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
