Warm-up
Then:
100x Jumping lunges +
50x Press-ups +
3 minutes Plank +
25x Right Single Leg Squats (not Pistols) +
25x Left Single Leg squats (not Pistols) +
50x Hindu Push-ups +
2 minutes Press-up Plank
Then:
Cool down + Sun Salutation
