Jumping Lunges +
Dive Bombers +
Rest
Each exercise 30 seconds. Rest is 60 seconds. Complete 4 rounds in total.
Then:
Cool down and Recover

Yes this is a super simple exercise programme. But it will challenge you to your core, I promise you that.
