Then:
30 seconds Sit-ups +
30 seconds Press-ups +
30 seconds Deck Squats +
30 seconds Sprawl Burpees +
2 minutes Skipping
10 rounds
Then:
Various Thai Boxing Drills
Various Kali/Escrima Stick and Knife Drills
Then:
Cool down and Yoga
