Dynamic Warm up
Then:
20x 88 Steps Sprints (find an equivalent or highest gradient on treadmill)
Then:
Punch drills 20 minutes
Then:
50 meters Backward Sprint with a sled (or a partner)+
50 meters Forward Sprint with a sled (or a partner)
6 Rounds
Then:
High Static Squat & Row +
Squat Static Lunge & Chest Press
5 rounds
10 x Uphill Lunges +
10 x Thrusters +
1 minute Plank.
4 Rounds
Cool down and Stretch out.
