Fifty People One Question

A week off training. A time to reflect and create a rough plan to the future and leaving room for flexibility. The aim is to grow maturely with an inner vision that can be reflected into the world. Life is about living, simply living. Wake up, live it to the full and not dictated by yesterdays experience. Tasting the fruit as if it is my first bite, lifting the Bell and swinging it as my first swing, and breathing as if I have just been slapped for the first time. Creating new opportunities, and reacting to situations positively. Quoting Charles Swindoll, “I am convinced that life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.”

The video below asks a very simple question!!! What’s the first thing that comes to your mind?
