Dynamic Mobility Warm-up Hanging Knee to Elbow, High Intensity Interval Training
Followed by:
25x Tyre Flipping +
50x Hammer Hits on Tyre (25 each side) +
25x Double Whip Smash +
50x Box Jumps +
25x Bastards Burpees +
50x KB Swings
Then:
Rest 5 minutes
Followed by:
50x Ball Slam +
25x GHD Back Extension +
50x Rope Undulation +
25x GHD Sit-up +
50x High Knees +
25x Hanging Knee to Elbows
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
