60secs 6 Point Burpees with a Star Jumps
3 sets/rounds
Then:
KB Right Arm
30secs Swings
30secs Cleans
30secs Squats
30secs Jerks
30secs Snatch
KB Left Arm
30secs Swings
30secs Cleans
30secs Squats
30secs Jerks
30secs Snatch
3 sets/rounds with 30 seconds rest between sets.
Then:
20x Double Handed KB Swings (hard style) +
20x Jump Squats
2 rounds
Then:
5x Clean & Jerks (from the floor) +
30x Sprinters Lunges
2 rounds
Then:
10x Over Head Squats (5 each side) +
50x Dead Cockroaches
2 rounds
Then:
60secs Press-up Hold + Knee to Elbows
60secs Plank Hold + Knees to Elbows
60secs Plank Hold
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
