Then:
Group A:
30secs x each arm KB Dead Clean +
30secs x each arm KB Dead Snatch +
30secs x KB Hack Squat +
30secs x KB Lunge and Overhead Press (Single or Goblet Press) +
60secs x KB Alternate Swings
Group B:
5x Deck Squats +
5x Press-ups +
5x Kneeling to Squats +
15x Crunches
Rest while Group A finishes there set then swap
Complete 10/12 rounds
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
