Group Kettlebells & Bodyweight Conditioning Circuit Training

Dynamic Warm-up +
Mobility Warm-up
Then:
20x KB Goblet Squat +
20x Hindu Pushup +
20x KB double handed Swings +
20x Backward Lunges (20 each side) +
20x KB High Pull (20 each side) or Snatches (10 reps each side) +
20x Mountain Climbers (20 reps each leg 40 in total)
20x Single Arm KB Swings (20 reps each side) +
20x Diamond Press-ups +
20x Kettlebell 1-Arm Row (20 reps each side) +
20x Single Leg Jackknife Deadlifts (20 reps each side)
Rest 2/3 minutes then repeat one more round
Then:
20x Windmills (10 each side)
90secs x Standing KB Twists
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
