TRAINING TIMES:
Monday and Wednesday – Group Strength and Conditioning – Kettlebell Class – Metabolic Conditioning @ 6pm – 7pm (Female athletes) 7pm & 8pm (Mixed Group) Thomas Danby Sports Centre Leeds
Saturday -  Group Session @ 8am Roundhay Park (Outdoor Training come rain or come shine). Meeting point
Oakwood Clocks.
Private one-to-one & group Sessions by appointment basis only.

TRAINING FEES:
Are due at the first of the month.  If you are joining mid month your first payment will be in cash/cheque and pro-rated. Payments have been made easy. YOU can now pay more conveniently through PayPal. Please choose from the list below.

£10 per session pay-as-you-go – Cash before start of the class.
£60 per month for 3 sessions per week
£40 per month for 2 session per week
£30 per month for 1 session per week


TRAINING RULES:
1. All are WELCOME. This comes with some some proviso. WE are here for YOU as much as you are here to achieve your goals. We will all push you as much you push your self. This is Your battle with yourself. Leave your ego and battle with your former self.
2. Hard work is what we expect. If you aren’t willing to work hard and just want to sit on a stationary bike and read your magazine then there are plenty of other groups/chain techno gyms to train at.
3. Don’t be ignorant. There is always someone out there who is bigger, stronger, and faster. Judge your successes against the former you, not training partners. Inspire others and be inspired by others, but find your own truth.
4. Don’t expect immediate results. There is no shortcut to getting strong or being fit. Relish the work. Enjoy the sweat. Welcome the pain. Enjoy the journey.
5. Don’t worry about how you look,  you will sweat, worry about your technique and your performance. The looks will come. This is functional training at it’s best. And yes this shit is hard and it never gets any easier.
6. Don’t be late. We respect our athletes by starting on time. Respect you coaches by showing up on time.
7. We are coaches, not personal trainers. Don’t expect us to get your weights for you, count your rounds, or feel sorry for you when the pain comes. We are here to empower you to consistently live and preform closer to your potential.
8. Never say I can’t. Self pity accomplishes nothing. We are all CAN DO people here.

9. You are responsible for you own fitness, health, and safety. Our workouts are tough. The weight can be heavy. If you need to pull back, or aren’t comfortable, tell your coach and do so. Be smart, not weak, but don’t cheat.
10. Leave your personal life, family, and work problems at the door. This is our sanctuary from all that crap, make it yours. Live for the present moment. This is after all meditation in movement.
11. Don’t make us ask you for money. Dues are due on the first.  Pay them on time.
12. We are not politically correct. We swear, grunt, sweat, scream and bleed. You should too.
13. We all look fucking ridiculous doing this shit. Especially you. And lets face it laughter is the best medicine.
14. T-Shirt - You want the RAWFIT t-shirt? You have to earn it. Prove it that you deserve it.

HUMOUR – YOU SHOULD ALWAYS MAINTAIN A SENSE OF HUMOUR ESPECIALLY ABOUT YOURSELF. IT IS A STRENGTH BEYOND ALL MEASURES;
CHANGE – BECAUSE ONE NEEDS TO KNOW THAT NOTHING STAYS THE SAME.
