Happy New Year.

May you be as strong as last year and some.

May you be faster than speeding bullet.

May you be lean and maintain it all year round.

It’s all about creating a better you and forever evolving. Loving each day and living in the movement. Exercise therefore is meditation  in movement.

My personal project for this year is a simple one: 365 DAYS STRONG.

Synopsis: 3 major exercises daily with 2 supplementary exercises for 6reps or 60secs work with5 sets in total for the major lifts. Major lifts consist of  Deadlift, Squats, Overhead presses, Olympic lifts, Bodyweight exercises, Kettlebell lifts, and all other odd lifts to keep the 365 days exciting and varied. The progression moving forward is based on work load of your max, week 1: 50%, week 2: 60%, week 3: 70%, week 4: 75/80%, week 5: test new one rep max and so and so forth. When time permits add hill sprints and other conditioning drills.

I will be posting my workouts periodically. It really is as simple as that.

So whatever your goals are, keep on top of it and be part of the 7% that stick to the plan. Think of the year ahead as 365 blanks pages for you to create something special.

Remember why you started
