I love the High Intensity Interval Training. Its never boring and you are constantly moving in an explosive manner. “Creativity and Simplicity is the key”, my mother always used to say that to me when I was younger. She is long gone and only now those words ring so true.

Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
2 minutes of HARD ROWING keeping your speed under 1:50/500 m
20x Pull-ups (alternate your grip every rep)
20x Press-ups (vary your hand position and press-up)
20x Squats Thrusters (KB, Dumbbell, Aquabag or Sandbag)
Complete as many rounds in 45 minutes
Then:
Cool down and Call an ambulance tell them I am dying in here. Lungs hurt.
