Diamond = Tiger Press-ups
Heart = Burp + Burpees
Then:
Rest 3 minutes

Spade = Sprinters Lunges
Clubs = 90degree Double Leg Raises
Diamond = Grasshopper Press-ups
Heart = Squat to Tuck Jumps
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
