30 Press-ups
30 Sit-ups
90 seconds Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings
20 Lunges
20 Press-ups
20 Sit-ups
90 seconds Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings
10 Lunges
10 Press-ups
10 Sit-ups
Rest as and when
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
