Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Sprint Specific Warm-up
Then:
Partner Work:
P1: Sprint Backward Up Hill holding a resistance band with P2: Resisting
Jog back to the bottom, then swap
Complete 3 rounds
Then:
P1: Sprint Forward Up Hill with resistance band around waist P2: Resisting
Jog back to the bottom, then swap
Complete 3 rounds
Then:
Solo Work
Backward Hills Sprints
Jog back to start
Forward Hills Sprints
Jog back to the start position
Rest 60 seconds
Complete 5 rounds
Then:
Cool down and Stretches
