3 Way Lunges +
Clean and Press Left +
Clean and Press Right +
Dragon Twisting Squats +
Ass to the Grass Squats – Chest Push
1 round x 60 seconds per exercise. Rest if necessary and as and when.
Then:
Rest 3 to 5 minutes
Then:
BB Complex 6sets/rounds x 6reps x 60secs rest after each set/round
Bent over Rows +
Upright Rows +
Hang Cleans +
