Kettlebell Circuit

Double handed swing 28 kg men/16 kg women +
Burpees +
Snatch left, 24 kg/8-12 kg women +
Snatch right 24 kg/8-12 kg women +
Jack knife
1 minute per exercise – 3 rounds 15 minute of total work

Then:
1 minute rest
Then:
Press-ups +
Squat 2×20 kg men/2×8-2×12 kg women
Over head Press left hand (1st round 20kg men/12 kg women, 2nd & 3rd round 16kg men/8kg women) +
Hill climb/Sprints
1 minute per exercise – 3 rounds 15 minute of total work
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
