Kettlebell Meltdown


Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
1 minute per exercise 20 minutes of total work of –
KB Swing 24kg
KB Deadlift 2x40kg kettlebells
KB Swing 28k
KB Snatch left 20kg
KB Overhead squat left 20kg
KB Swing 32kg
KB Snatch right 20kg
KB Overhead squat right 20kg
KB Swing 36kg
Plank
KB Swing left 20kg
KB Swing right 20kg
Press ups
KB above head swings 20kg
KB Renegade rows with 2x24kg
KB Swing left 20kg
KB Press left 24kg
KB Swing right
KB Press right
Plank
Then:
Curl up and recover and once you have – then Stretch out and Ice Bath.
