Swings + Star Jumps
Rest
Overhead Squats + Press-ups
Rest
Single Arm Swings + Sprinting on the Spot
Rest
Single Arm Push Press + High Knees
Rest
Single Arm Snatch + Mountain Climbers
Rest
Complete 2 Rounds. 60 seconds per exercise with 30 seconds for rest periods. For single arm work swap arms in the second round.
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
Kettlebell, Metcon, Metabolic Conditioning, Leeds Personal Trainer
