Fight Ready Kettlebell MetCon Circuit. Programme designed to challenge any fighter and improve overall conditioning. This does not distract away from strength training and fighting techniques.

Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Kettlebell Warm-up
Then:
45secs 2 KB Swings +
15secs Rest +
45secs Jumping Jacks +
15secs Rest
Complete 4 rounds thats 8 minutes in total. Following that 1-2 minute total Rest.
Then:
45secs 2 KB Cleans +
15secs Rest +
45secs Sit-outs +
15secs Rest
Complete 4 rounds thats 8 minutes in total. Following that 1-2 minute total Rest.
Then:
40secs 2 KB Jerks +
20secs Rest +
40secs Sprinters Lunges +
20secs Rest
Complete 4 rounds thats 8 minutes in total. Following that 1-2 minute total Rest.
Then:
40secs 2 KB Snatches +
20secs Rest +
40secs Hindu Squats to Hindu Push-ups +
20secs Rest
Complete 4 rounds thats 8 minutes in total. Following that 1-2 minute total Rest.
Then:
30secs SOTS or Bent Press or Thrusters +
30secs Rest +
30secs DeadCockroaches +
30secs Rest
Complete 4 rounds thats 8 minutes in total. Following that 1-2 minute total Rest.
Then:
Cool down and Stretch out
