P1: 4 minutes Kettlebell swings
P2: Tabata protocol Leg Swoop/Mountain Climbers
Then Swap
1 minute rest
Then:
P1: 4 minutes Goblet Squats/Cleans
P2: Tabata Protocol Extended Planks/Side Star Planks
Then Swap
1 minute rest
Then:
P1: 4 minutes Kettlebell Burpees
P2: Tabata protocol Press-Ups
Then Swap
1 minute rest
Then:
P1: 4 minutes KB Jerks/Snatches
P2: Tabata protocol Wrestlers Back Bridge (arms fully extended)
Then Swap
1 minute rest
Then:
Cool down
