Then:
Goblet Squat +
Plyometrics KB Press-ups +
Deck Squat +
High Pulls +
Overhead Press & forward Lunge Left +
Overhead Press & forward Lunge Right +
Choose your own rep range or time range and continue for 40 minutes
Then:
KB Sit-up +
Yanda Sit-up +
Plank
3x 60 seconds per exercise
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
