Are due at the first of the month and is based on 4 week month. If you are joining mid month your first payment will be in cash/cheque and pro-rated. YOU can now pay more via Standing Order and there are no contracts. Please choose from the list below.
£12 per session pay-as-you-go – Cash before start of the class.
£60 per month for 3 sessions per week 12 session every 4 weeks (£5 per 1 hour session)
£48 per month for 2 session per week 8 sessions every 4 weeks
£40 per month for 1 session per week 4 sessions every 4 weeks
Group Training Video:
1. All are WELCOME. This comes with some some proviso. WE are here for YOU as much as you are here to achieve your goals. We will all push you as much you push your self. Leave your ego and battle with your former self.
2. Hard work is what we expect. If you aren’t willing to work hard and just want to sit on a stationary bike and read your magazine then there are plenty of other groups/chain techno gyms to train at.There is no pressure pressure to try and do things at the same level as others in the group. Every one is encouraged to work to their own abilities.
3. Don’t be ignorant. There is always someone out there who is bigger, stronger, and faster. Judge your successes against the former you, not training partners. Inspire others and be inspired by others, but find your own truth.
4. Don’t expect immediate results. There is no shortcut to getting strong or being fit. Relish the work. Enjoy the sweat. Welcome the pain. Enjoy the journey.
5. Don’t worry about how you look, you will sweat, worry about your technique and your performance. The looks will come. This is functional training at it’s best. And yes this shit is hard and it never gets any easier, but YOU GET TOUGHER PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY.
6. Don’t be late. We respect our athletes by starting on time. Respect your coaches by showing up on time. Traffic can hold us back sometimes not all the times.
7. We are coaches. Don’t expect us to get your weights for you, count your rounds, or feel sorry for you when the pain comes. We are here to empower you to consistently live and preform closer to your potential.
8. Never say I can’t. Self pity accomplishes nothing. We are all CAN DO people here.
9. You are responsible for you own fitness, health, and safety. Our workouts are tough. The weight can be heavy. If you need to pull back, or aren’t comfortable, tell your coach and do so. Be smart, not weak, but don’t cheat.
10. Leave your personal life, family, and work problems at the door. This is our sanctuary from all that crap, make it yours. Live for the present moment. This is after all meditation in movement.
11. Don’t make us ask you for money. Dues are due on the first of every month. Pay on time.
12. We are not politically correct. We swear, grunt, sweat, scream and bleed. You will too.
13. We all look fucking ridiculous doing this shit. Especially you. And lets face it laughter is the best medicine.
14. T-Shirt - You want the RAWFIT t-shirt? Prove it that you deserve to wear it. Its not about 6 pack its about 100% hard work.

2. I WILL CALM MY BREATH AND DIG DEEP EVERY SECOND OF THE WAY. I WILL GIVE EVERYTHING I HAVE AND THEN I WILL FIND SOME MORE WITHIN MYSELF.
3. YES THIS IS HARD WORK, IF IT WEREN’T I WOULD NOT BE HERE AND I MAY BE TIRED BUT I WILL NEVER SHOW IT.

7. IN LIFE PARADOX, HUMOUR AND CHANGE ARE THE SIMPLE RULES TO LIVE BY.
PARADOX – CAUSE LIFE IS A MYSTRY AND ONE SHOULD WASTE TIME TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. SIMPLY LIVE;
HUMOUR – GOT TO ALWAYS MAINTAIN A SENSE OF HUMOUR ESPECIALLY ABOUT YOURSELF. IT IS A STRENGTH BEYOND ALL MEASURES;
CHANGE – NOTHING STAYS THE SAME. YOU CANNOT BUILD FENCE AROUND LIFE.
