One-2-One RAWFIT Coaching with Valentine Rawat
At the heart of RAWFIT’s culture is a commitment to helping our athletes (you are an athlete once you start your training with us) achieve their goals through our results-oriented training programme. However we understand that some may require personalised attention for their sports, and their goals. This is where our one to one session come in. But do you qualify?
1. Engage in a personal training programme with VALENTINE RAWAT or their associated coaches @RAWFIT at least once (generally advised twice) a week for a MINIMUM of 12 weeks.
2. Engage in a minimum of 20/30 minutes training programme designed by RAWFIT AT LEAST 4 days a week and your own sports specific technical training or join our group classes.
3. Follow a simple set of dietary guidelines and for AT LEAST the first 30 days of the personalised programme. All the details will be explained fully at your consultation.
4. Follow our advice and guidance WITHOUT DEVIATION for the first 30 days of their programme. All the details will be explained fully at your consultation.
5. Put forth 100% effort and commitment and maintain a ‘CAN DO’ attitude toward attaining YOUR goals. YOU really can.
6. These prerequisites are all or nothing.
7. We will not entertain negotiations of any kind around these terms. They’re all or nothing. You can question our methods and we’ll explain why we do what we do. Afterall we are very serious about making your goals a reality.
Please understand, this is not done to deliberately preclude people, rather to prevent them wasting their money or feeling disappointed by not achieving their goals. At our rates starting between £38-£50 an hour we are easily one of the most expensive results based Personal Training Coaches in the Leeds West Yorkshire area and would not have anyone waste that money due to lack of commitment on their part from the outset of their time with him. Maximum 3 people. Exercising with a friend or a family member with similar goals as yourself can help you both stay on track. A 4 week course consisting of a FREE consultation, Free Fitness test , 4 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions and an exercise programme. A gentle approach to Personal Training but will give you the motivation to change your lifestyle. Better still you get to share this package with your loved one or a friend.
