Speed: Form and Plyometrics
Our focus here is on helping everyday athletes and weekend warriors to develop the proper mechanics for maximizing speed. You will be assessed and then corrected on your running techniques through in depth instruction on proper forms combined with specific lower body plyometrics and speed drills that enhance acceleration, explosiveness, maximum speed and most importantly deceleration. This type of training is also great for Metabolic Conditioning. All athletes are also shown how to maximize their crucial first step and turnover rates. The methods applied in out speed classes have been learned under the Parisi Speed School.
