SST – Sport Specific Training

We have created a comprehensive program for sports specific training. We begin with an in depth assessment and evaluation to determine muscle imbalance, joint integrity, flexibility, and muscle strength, in order to minimize potential injuries and maximise specific movement performance. There is also nutritional counseling and customised programs for off season, in season, on the road, and competition peaking. We specialise in Combative Sports Conditioning, which includes Ice Hockey, Rugby, American Football, Lacrosse, and have coaches available for specific Triathlon and Iron Man competitors.
