Pranayam Yog
Then:
5×5 Sumo Deadlift (Increasing weight each set)
3×3 SL Deadlift (80% Max)
3×3 Deadlift (80% Max)
Then:
20x Sandbags Cleans to One side of the Shoulder (Alternate Sides – 10 each side) +
20x Wide Grip Chest to Bar Pull-ups
3 sets. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
Then:
Cool down
