Todays MET CON Workout
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
KB Swing +
Press-ups
5 rounds 30 seconds per exercise rest between transitions.
Then:
KB Snatch +
Burps
5 rounds 30 seconds per exercise rest between transitions.
Then:
KB OVH Squats +
Tuck Jumps
5 rounds 30 seconds per exercise rest between transitions.
Then:
Double KB Military Press +
Mountain Climbers
5 rounds 30 seconds per exercise rest between transitions.
Then:
Goblet Squats +
Dead Cockroach
5 rounds 30 seconds per exercise rest between transitions.
Then:
Cool down
