Outdoor Metabolic Conditioning
With the weather as beautiful as it is here in UK it is a shame to be cooped up in a gym. Get yourself outside, take few equipment with you or not and be creative. Here is what we did with a small group session.
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
8 rounds of
10x Burpees/Bastards
25 meter Bear Crawls
100 meter Sprint
Jog back to recover
Then:
40 minutes of 60 seconds per exercise
Press-ups +
Ball Slams +
Jumping Lunges +
Rope Undulation +
Kettlebell Jerks
Then:
Cool down and Yoga/Stretches.
