Evening METCON Workout
Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then: 10x Heavy KB Rack Squats +
2 minutes KB Swings +
2 minutes REST
Complete 3 rounds/sets
Then: 5 minutes rest including 2 minutes from the end of the 3rd round/set
Then: 10x Heavy KB Military Press +
2 minutes of Suicides +
2 minutes REST
Complete 3 rounds/sets
Then: 5 minutes rest including 2 minutes from the end of the 3rd round/set
Then: 2 minutes Burps +
1.5 minutes Jump Squats +
1 minute Bastards Burpees
Complete 1 set/round
Then: 3 minutes KB Floor Dragon Flag
