Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
Bootstraps +
Dive Bombers +
Single Leg Squat and Reach +
Supermans +
Wide Grip Alternative Press-ups +
Mountain Climbers +
Twisting Jumping Lunges +
Extended Planks
8 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise with a 60 second rest in between each round.
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
