Tabata Interval Training – Strength and Endurance

Warm up

Then:

Main Work: 8 rounds 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest (4 minutes in total per exercise) 40 minutes in total

Squat

Kettlebell Swing

Bicycle Crunch

Burpees

Superman (Back Extension)

Lunges

Kettlebell Overhead Press

Ab Slicer

Jackknife Deadlifts

Wrestlers Bridge Front and Back

Then:

Cool down for 5 minutes and Maintenance Stretches 5 minutes
