Ultimate Conditioning Session

Dynamic Warm up
Then:
30 seconds per exercise
Band Sprints +
Rope Undulation +
Full Burpees +
Kettlebell Swings +
Skipping
Rest 30 seconds

60 seconds per exercise
Band Sprints +
Rope Undulation +
Full Burpees +
Kettlebell Swings +
Skipping
Rest 60 seconds

90 seconds per exercise
Band Sprints +
Rope Undulation +
Full Burpees +
Kettlebell Swings +
Skipping
Rest 90 seconds

Repeat for 3 rounds all of above.
Then:
60 seconds per exercise
Reverse Crunches +
Floor Oblique twists +
Leg Press +
Crunches +
Plank
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
