Russian Twists with a Med Ball+
Jump Squats
45 seconds work 15 seconds rest between each exercise. 60 seconds complete rest after each round.
Complete 4 rounds
Then:
Resistance Band Backward Sprints +
Seated Rope Snake Undulation +
Squat Press with a Med Ball +
Flutter Kicks +
Mountain Climbers
45 seconds work 15 seconds rest between each exercise. 60 seconds complete rest after each round.
Complete 4 rounds
Then:
Cool down and Recover
