Then:
5000m Row – Vary speed
Then:
DB Complex
6x Hang Cleans & Press
6x Walking Lunges (3 each leg)
6x Bent Over Rows
6x Step ups (3 each leg)
6x Hang Cleans & Press
6 rounds in total with 2 minute rest between each round.
Then:
15x Broomstick Stick-ups +
15x Band Pull-Aparts
5x Pull-ups
3 rounds with minimal rest between rounds.
Then:
Tabata on the Rower to finish
Then:
Cool down and then enjoy the rest of the day knowing it was a great start to the week.
