P1 Chest Pass Medicine Ball to P2 + 1xPress-up
3 rounds till 20 reps completed
Then:
Both partners work together
5x Burpees +
15 meters Bear Crawls +
80 meter Sprint Race +
Jog/Walk Back to recover
Then:
P1 – Zercher Squats
P2 – Double KB Press
3 rounds 60 seconds per exercise

Cool down
