Method: Clean Sangbag to Left shoulder then Reverse Get-up drop to the floor then Clean Sandbag to Right shoulder Complete 4 sets
Rest 2-3 min between
Then:
10 x KB Renegade Row 2x32kg +
10m x KB Bear Crawls 2x32kg
10m x Farmers Walk 2x32kg
Complete 4 sets
Rest as and when required
Then:
Cool down
