Sandbag Workout
5×5 Zercher Clean
5×5 Zercher Squats
5×5 Alt Shouldering
3×8 Shoulder Half Get Up (4 each side)
3×8 Shoulder to Shoulder Press to OVH Squat (4 each side)
3×8 Sprawl to Clean to Jerks
3×8 Biceps Curl
3x60seconds Rope Undulation
Then:
Cool down and SMR work

Leeds Strength and Conditioning Workout, Sandbag workout, Sandbag training, Underground Strength Training

My Sandbag consists of Army Kit Bag and Sand.
